Shipping policy


This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made on diaphano.com belonging to Atelier Diaphano, a brand owned and operated by Ravneet Textiles Private Limited ("Company"). We currently ship within India only.

SECTION 1 - SERVICE COVERAGE (INDIA ONLY) 

We ship to most serviceable pin codes within India through our courier partners. If your address is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the unserviceable item(s).

SECTION 2 - PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES 

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed within 3 business days. 
  • Orders placed on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • During launches, sales, or high‑volume periods, processing may take longer. We will keep you informed by email. 

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY TIMELINES (INDICATIVE) 

  • Metros & Tier‑1 cities: up to 5-10 business days after dispatch
  • Tier‑2/3 cities & state capitals: up to 7-10 business days after dispatch
  • Remote/ODA locations: up to 15 business days after dispatch 

These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, festivals, operational backlogs, local restrictions). 

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING FEES 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not offered.

SECTION 5 - CARRIERS & TRACKING 

We dispatch through leading Indian courier partners via our logistics aggregator. Once your order ships, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement after pickup. 

SECTION 6 - SPLIT SHIPMENTS & PARTIAL FULFILMENT 

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them in separate parcels for faster delivery or availability reasons. You will receive separate tracking details where applicable. 

SECTION 7 - ADDRESS CHANGES & DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS 

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to request a change, contact customercare@diaphano.com immediately. We can accommodate changes only before the order is processed for dispatch. Once shipped, rerouting is not guaranteed. 

SECTION 8 - NON‑DELIVERY, MISSED DELIVERY & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN) 

If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability at the address, or refusal to accept, the parcel may be returned to us. Upon receipt, we can re-ship once after address confirmation at no additional shipping cost, or we can refund the product price in full. 

SECTION 9 - DAMAGES, TAMPERING & LOST PARCELS 

Please refuse delivery if the package appears severely damaged or tampered with and notify us immediately. If you accept a damaged package, keep the outer packaging and product intact and contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos to assist investigation. Lost‑in‑transit cases will be investigated with the carrier; resolution timelines may vary. 

SECTION 10 - PRE‑ORDERS & MADE‑TO‑ORDER 

If an item is marked as pre‑order/made‑to‑order (such as the Rings), the estimated dispatch window will be confirmed by email. Your full order may be held to ship together or split at our discretion. 

SECTION 11 - HOLIDAYS & FORCE MAJEURE 

No dispatches occur on weekends and public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier network disruptions. 

SECTION 12 - TITLE & RISK 

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our handover of the goods to the carrier. Please use the tracking details provided to monitor delivery and ensure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel. 

SECTION 13 - GST INVOICES & TAXES 

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST invoice will be emailed to you after your order is confirmed and/or dispatched. If you need invoice details updated, write to us before dispatch. 

SECTION 14 - FREE RETURN SHIPPING (INDIA ONLY) 

Approved returns initiated within India are shipped at no cost to you. We will provide prepaid pickup instructions once your return request is approved. For return eligibility and time windows, please see our Refund & Return Policy.
